HILLARY SHUTTLED CAMPAIGN SUPPORTERS ON AIR FORCE PLANE; NOT ALWAYS PRESENT FOR WHITE HOUSE OVERNIGHTS

First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton has given supporters and contributors to her senate campaign rides aboard her Air Force plane, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned. Just as White House staffers tried over the weekend to reconcile names and dates of contributors who've stayed overnight at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and Camp David -- while neither of the Clintons were present!

White House spokesman Joe Lockhart confirmed a DRUDGE REPORT exclusive that alleged financial contributors to the first lady's campaign have stayed at the White House, but he dismissed the notion that the first lady did anything improper.

"We have friends and supporters come and spend time with us and spend the night with us that we are getting to know," the first lady said in response to questions about the report.

Lockhart promised he would release a list of overnight guests.

But White House staffers compiling the list quickly realized several of the "getting to know" overnight campaign contributors stayed at the White House while the first lady and the president were traveling!

Lockhart is now likely to release the names of the guests -- not the dates of the overnights.

Candidate Clinton has shuttled supporters and campaign contributors from location to location aboard her Air Force plane, according to eyewitnesses.

It was not immediately clear if the campaign has reimbursed the United States treasury for the rides.

The White House refused all comment late Sunday.

One Hillary supporter, Michael Bragman, was given the full package as the first lady tried to secure her standing among New York Democrats earlier this year, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.

Bragman, along with his wife and daughter, were flown on an Air Force plane from Syracuse to Washington where they stayed overnight at the White House.
